Disiplin amirlerinin sicil amiri durumunda bulunan \u00fcst disiplin amirleri de, TSK\u2019da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan&nbsp; Devlet memurlar\u0131na do\u011frudan disiplin cezas\u0131 verebilirler[365]. H\u00e2kim, ceza yarg\u0131lamas\u0131 sonunda y\u00fcklenen su\u00e7u i\u015fledi\u011fi sabit olan san\u0131k hakk\u0131nda \u201cmahk\u00fbmiyet\u201d karar\u0131 vermektedir.
